為加強研究生課程建設(shè)，推進研究生教育國際化進程，提升師資國際化水平，學(xué)校設(shè)立“海外名師研究生全英文授課”項目，課程教學(xué)采用“海外名師+校內(nèi)教師”模式，全英文授課，由海外名師主講，校內(nèi)教師協(xié)助完成授課任務(wù)。課程面向全校研究生，學(xué)生選修該課程學(xué)分可折算為學(xué)術(shù)活動學(xué)分（按20學(xué)時折算1學(xué)分），課程成績將計入研究生選修課學(xué)分。

外教介紹：
左劍教授，現(xiàn)為澳大利亞阿德萊德大學(xué)（The University of Adelaide）終身教授。左劍教授2001年碩士畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)，并于2007年在南澳大利亞大學(xué)取得博士學(xué)位。左劍教授學(xué)術(shù)研究成果突出，已發(fā)表超過120篇的期刊論文，絕大多數(shù)論文發(fā)表在頂級期刊上，并有3篇ESI高引論文，Scopus超過2600次引用，年增長率超過40％。左劍教授獲得了超過150萬澳元的澳大利亞競爭性研究基金（包括ARC LP，ARC DP，NCCARF），和超過700萬人民幣的國際競爭性研究基金（包括NSFC，MoST，MoE）。此外，左劍教授目前是《Building and Environment》、《Construction Management and Economics》和《Construction Management and Economics》等10余個國際著名期刊的審稿人，并主持了AUBEA Conference、CRIOCM Conference和CIB World Congress等多個國際學(xué)術(shù)會議。
課程介紹：
目前，項目管理方法是管理項目的一種常見方法。這一情況同樣適用于可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境項目。為取得項目的成功，有必要了解包括傳統(tǒng)措施（例如時間表，質(zhì)量和預(yù)算），以及可持續(xù)性指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境項目基本概念。本課程旨在幫助學(xué)生更好地理解如何開展可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境項目的管理。完成本課程后，學(xué)生將能夠明確在實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境過程中需要面對的與項目管理相關(guān)的共同挑戰(zhàn)，并制定應(yīng)對這些挑戰(zhàn)的措施。
