王經(jīng)略，博士，碩士生導(dǎo)師，畢業(yè)于西南交通大學(xué)管理科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)，研究方向?yàn)榻ㄔO(shè)項(xiàng)目低碳創(chuàng)新管理。在《科學(xué)學(xué)研究》《Technological Forecasting & Social Change》《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表多篇SCI、SSCI、CSSCI學(xué)術(shù)論文，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著1部，編寫教材1部。主持陜西省科技廳創(chuàng)新能力支撐計(jì)劃一般項(xiàng)目，陜西省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究專項(xiàng)青年項(xiàng)目、一般項(xiàng)目，陜西省社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目。參與了國(guó)家社科重點(diǎn)課題“國(guó)家復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)能力比較研究”、教育部人文社會(huì)科學(xué)規(guī)劃基金項(xiàng)目“多方參與的大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作行為和激勵(lì)工作研究”、中國(guó)—東盟區(qū)域發(fā)展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心“中國(guó)鐵路走向東盟的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范對(duì)策研究”等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)課題。此外，還參與了“新建蘭新鐵路第二雙線（新疆段）”和“拉日鐵路工程”的建設(shè)過(guò)程，參與建設(shè)“川藏聯(lián)網(wǎng)輸變電工程綜合管控體系”。

Jinglüe Wang, Ph.D., Master's Supervisor, graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a degree in Management Science and Engineering. His research focuses on low-carbon innovation management in construction projects. He has published several SCI, SSCI, and CSSCI papers in academic journals such as Science of Science and Management of S&T and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management. He has hosted multiple provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the General Project of the Innovation Capability Support Program by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Youth Project and General Project of the Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Research Program, and the Shaanxi Social Science Fund Project. He has also participated in several national and provincial-level projects, such as the National Social Science Major Project "Comparative Study of National Complex Product Manufacturing Capabilities," the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Fund Project "Research on the Cooperative Behavior and Incentive Work of Team Members in Large Complex Projects with Multiple Participants," and the China-ASEAN Regional Development Collaborative Innovation Center's "Research on Risk Prevention and Countermeasures for China's Railways Toward ASEAN." In addition, he has been involved in the construction processes of the "New Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway Second Double Line (Xinjiang Section)" and the "Lhasa-Rizhao Railway Project," and contributed to the development of the "Chuan-Tibet Interconnected Power Transmission and Transformation Project Integrated Management System."
